Upgrades are available on major new versions which are developed and released when there is a number of new features and enhancements to offer you. These new features will come from our product development enhancements or based on customer feedback and suggestions. These upgrades are optional and offered to customers of our previous versions at a 50% discount off the retail price. You will be able to convert your existing records into the new version and we will be sure to notify all customers when a new upgrade is available.
To help ease concerns on the timing of a new version, we offer a 6-month upgrade protection policy.
If you purchase the current version within 6 months of the release of a new version, you will receive the new version at no charge.
Be sure to request your free upgrade within 90 days of the new version release. After that, you can upgrade for the normal upgrade price.
Updates (such as patches/fixes, etc) to the version you have purchased are provided at no charge for the current version.
